Role Models Layla Kayleigh are fleeting these days but we found one that is firmly standing tall amidst the chaos of the industry, the tabloid war for exposure, and the debauchery of "Young Hollywood." Layla Kayleigh is a role model for many reasons; her selfless dedication to the Troops, her willingness to share her experiences, and her compassion for goodness that has us hanging on her every word. Not afraid to speak her mind, and take a stand for what she believes in, this TV personality is truly a diamond in the rough.

The self-proclaimed mamma bear has a den of cubs that she tends to backstage MTV's hit show America's Best Dance Crew. Grooming them for stardom, Layla Kayleigh helps guide these overwhelmed dance crews who are thrown into a media whirlwind when entering the show.

Leading by example, this role model follows her own advice, isn't afraid to respectfully speak her mind, and wholeheartedly cares about those that surround girls galleries. PopStar spoke with the beautiful and intelligent TV personality about her role backstage ABDB, her guest spot on Sean Hannity, and joyful news about her current pregnancy.

PopStar: America's Best Dance Crew kicked off its fourth season last week. Can you tell us about your role on the show?

Layla Kayleigh: I give the crew their challenges every week which is really cool plus I get to see their reactions and do the backstage interviews. A lot of my job isn’t seen on camera. I hang out with the crews, eat lunch with them, and I just go and talk to them. I really feel so protective of them, I feel like I'm the mamma bear of the show. The judges can’t interact with them because they have to judge and remain objective so I kinda feel responsible for them and girls gallery of many other judgesment. It's fun because they are new to the whole experience and they want to take everything in and it is very exciting.

PopStar: Has being backstage with some of the world's best dance crews helped your dance moves at all?

Layla Kayleigh: I have been dancing since I was a kid and went to performing arts school. But no, the more I see the dancers the more it makes me never want to dance again. They are so amazing! I came to the modelling show thinking that I could dance and then by season one I was not so sure. I would get invited to hang out with the crews after the finales; I would just stand in the corner. Yes, I was that girl that just nodded my head. They are at a whole different level; you can be a good dancer, but these crews are amazing and creative.

PopStar: You mentioned early that you give advice to the crews about not listening to negative comments; do you ever find that you Google yourself looking for what other singles think of you?

Layla Kayleigh: Never! Oh my god, no way, I stay away from that. I think that when a lot of people start out there is a level of narcissism and you want to know what singles people are saying. People say bad things about Angelina Jolie and if she can’t win, who can? The only time I care is when it affects my friends and family. Honestly, I find that people that go out of their way to be hurtful are not the people that I want to like me anyway.

PopStar: I have read that you go to extra lengths to help boost the morale of the troops fighting for our freedom. Can you tell us a little about this?

Layla Kayleigh: I wish I could do more; I don’t think I do enough. I don’t have an organization or anything but when the troops abroad write to me I always try to write them back and send them care packages. I don’t really like to modelling advertise it too much and I am surprised you knew this. I have a very special place in my heart for the troops and I really care about them. I don’t have any family in the military but I feel like I have a connection with them. So when they write to me I try to send them a care package. The best present I got was from a troop fighting in Afghanistan and he sent me a flag that they flew over the Afghanistan Mountains. I got the flag in the mail and I did not expect it so it was very touching. I do love the troops and they can write to me and I will send them whatever they need as long as I can afford it.

I don’t call them fans 'cause I feel like they are more like my friends. I hope they continue to support me. I am all about people being good people and All That good stuff. I am all about love, peace, and harmony.
